The project involves the renovation and conversion of a 1960s mixed-use building in the historic center of Athens into a boutique hotel. The two upper floors accommodate eight furnished guest rooms, while the ground floor features a gym, shared facilities, and a communal lounge with a refreshment area. Outdoor seating areas are created at ground level, and the rooftop includes a small bar, jacuzzi, pergola, and leisure space. An internal elevator connects all levels for guest and staff convenience. Energy efficiency is enhanced through heat pumps and vertical shading louvers on the south-facing façade. The hotel concept is inspired by wellness, sports, and a healthy lifestyle.
